Coates Inc will provide independent, objective and confidential college and career consulting services. Coates Inc will use their expertise and experience to the best of their ability to research and provide high quality college and career planning services to the student/parent/legal guardian.

Services includes bi-weekly coaching sessions (in-person or virtual) and access to an educational consultant via phone/text/email, starting the effective date as per signed contract, until all college applications are submitted or until December 1st, whichever comes first. 12 additional coaching sessions will be available until a college decision/deposit are made or until the National College Decision Day on May 1st, whichever comes first. NOTE: Services includes up to 12 colleges.

Students/Families will Receive:

College and Career coaching sessions that will be tracked in detailed activity reports and shared electronically.
Review of academic records, test scores, graduation pathway and other materials relevant to college selection.
Extensive research to develop a customized list of right match colleges and universities
Application timelines and deadline accountability through a Coates Inc check listing process
Brainstorming, reviewing, and editing of common/coalition application essay and supplemental essays
Support completing common app, coalition, HBCU and school-specific college applications
Resume completion support, if needed
Letters of recommendation guidance, if needed
Mock interviews, if required for application/scholarship/acceptance
Strategies if waitlisted/deferred
Scholarship search support
Assistance with comparison of financial packages and selecting final school choice by national decision day.
Development of “to do” list for educational testing, college visits, application completion and submission
Students/Parents will participate in one or more exploration activities such as: College Visits (Virtual/ In Person), Admissions Conversations, Career Panels, FAFSA Workshops, ACT/SAT prep sessions, College Essay Workshops

Cost Per Student: $3,500

8 months consulting (Sept - April)

A signed contract and at least 50% of the package fee will be required before commencement of services; the remainder of the package fee may be paid in monthly installments. Fees are non-refundable.

Throughout the consulting process, we will focus on finding a college placement where the student will be confident, successful, and thriving.

We don't t solicits or accept compensation from any school, program or institution where students are placed. Coates Inc cannot guarantee admission to, or success in, a school or program.
